Renault: improve the use of working tools
Our goal was to optimize the use of computers for 55,000 collaborators
We brought comfort, ease and efficiency to the use of computers for Renault teams, including for ‘nomadic’ collaborators and collective work environments. We produced a reference system of 150 basic functionalities, allowing to diagnose the initial level of expertise, automatically generate an individual training curriculum, measure progress, and we implemented the system in 4 languages; results were transferred to the HRIS.
53,000 hours of training modules, close to 70,000 collaborators in the system, average progress of 79.5%, and an estimate of a 1 hour per week per collaborator gain, as well as better individual and collective comfort.
