Recruitment process

Our recruitment process involves three steps designed to reveal your talents.

The first is an HR interview on your experience and ambitions. It includes feefback from our TwoB-R test, which mingles behavioral and cognitive dimensions. This test was designed by PerformanSe, one of our branches.

A few days later, you will be invited to a second interview, where a manager will ask you to work on a case study to demonstrate your expertise.

In the third interview, you will meet a director or partner who will confirm your potential for progressing in the Julhiet Sterwen group.

If you do not meet with a partner then, another meeting may be proposed.
