Julhiet Sterwen welcomes a new Partner, Sophie Piot

Julhiet Sterwen has appointed Sophie Piot to the role of Partner, reinforcing its ability to meet the full range of challenges involved in transforming human capital and the human resources function.

Already well known in the field of HR leaders’ and IT systems’ operational performance, Julhiet Sterwen is reinforcing its expertise in advising CHROs and general managers on human capital transformation by welcoming Sophie Piot, an authority in corporate HR transformation.

A graduate of IGS Paris in 1997 with a master’s degree in econometrics, Sophie has more than 25 years of experience in transformation management and HR consulting. Her career has been driven by the conviction that human resources are key to a company’s ability to execute its strategy. With this vision, she helps CHROs build and implement operational solutions to develop human capital in ways that meet the strategic challenges of transformation.

Sophie’s broad knowledge of the HR function and business challenges make her an ideal partner for leaders looking to build HR approaches in line with their challenges, culture and employees.

Sophie started her career at Cap Gemini Technology Services, working on SAP HR integration before quickly moving up on organizational transformation projects at Gemini Consulting. She then focused on HR efficiency at Cedar, a support functions consulting company. Next, she joined BPI Group to work on reorganization projects addressing the challenges of mobility, skills, redeployment and post-merger integration. She joins Julhiet Sterwen after 11 years at LHH, the consulting arm of Adecco Group, where she occupied a variety of leadership roles for HR transformation programs and key accounts sales growth, as a member of the Executive Committee.

For Sophie, the HR function must support constantly evolving business needs in an environment where the management of talents and skills is increasingly complex. Sophie advises the leaders of HR and other departments, as well as their teams, to help them transform their organizations and make them authentically agile. She explained: “You can have the best strategy, but you won’t reach your objectives unless your talents and organization are prepared and aligned.” This echoes Julhiet Sterwen’s founding belief that transformations are motivated by business and made possible by people. These two dimensions go hand in hand.

Julhiet Sterwen is delighted to welcome Sophie on board!
